Dear driver, you have a message
Drivers can be informed about their forthcoming vehicle roadworthiness test, licence renewals and outstanding fines and charges via text message or e-mail thanks to a new service launched by the transport authority yesterday.
Registration is available online, at either www.licenzji-vetturi.gov.mt or www.mygov.mt/alerts.
The regulator explained that the sign-up process was simple. The registered owner would be required to submit the vehicle’s registration number, his or her identity card number or passport number and the last four characters of the engine number found on the log book.

Technology of the present.Roads of the 18th century The road where I live was promised to be surfaced in 2006 by Mr.Mugliett. It is the most dusted road on the island. When I checked with TM they even don`t know about it. Get a life

Would TM consider Educating and inform with the same vigour the obligations re proper VRT requirements
After 11 years people are still turning up for VRT and are quite upset to say the least and I repeat for the Umpteenth Time that there are still many vrt related issues which are very dubiouse and surely against Law
Shame on TM to keep its head buried in the sand as it sees the only way that can subdue critics
SILENCE --OMERTA and BACK PATTING EVEN TO THOSE WHO HAVE BEEN ABUSING THE SYSTEM FOR YEARS ON END
and lately all the VRT stations have received a note that the vrt dept just realised that much leaves to be desired After cars woul have passed THEIR VRT !!!!!
AFTER 11 YEARS --------------WHERE HAVE ALL YOU BEEN
---ONLY A COUPLE OF MONTHS HAD PASSED AND I am on record that I had warned of HUGE ABUSES and was ridiculed by the authorities concerned !!!
SHAME ON YOU TM ? ADT and MINISTRY of TRANSPORT
AND how many ENGINE NUMBERS HAVE NOT BEEN STRICTLY VERIFIED AND SIMPLY QUOTED / COPIED ? shame -
