Fining litter bugs can be difficult

Can the Swieqi local council kindly tell us if Triq il-Keffa and Triq il- Qasam are to be surfaced in the near future? They are in a terrible, deteriorating state and I strongly believe Swieqi residents deserve better roads.

On another note, can the St Julians local council please tell us how many fines for littering were issued by wardens in a specific time span in the area near the Melita Pharmacy and opposite it in Triq San Ġorġ? Traffic fines are easy to dish out but maybe fines for littering are more difficult because one has to actually face the offender. Are the wardens shying away from some of their duties?
