1. Stick to a sleep schedule - go to bed and wake up at the same time each day.

2. Exercise is great but not too late in the day – avoid exercising closer then 5 to 6 hours before bedtime.

3. Avoid caffeine and nicotine – the stimulating effects can take as long as 8 hours to wear off fully.

4. Avoid alcoholic drinks – alcohol keeps you in the light stages of sleep.

5. Avoid large meals and beverages late at night – this causes indigestion.

6. Don’t lie in bed awake – the anxiety of not falling asleep can make it harder to fall asleep.

7. Relax before bed – take time to unwind.

8. Take a hot bath before bed – the drop in body temperature after the bath may help you feel sleepy.

9. Have a good sleeping environment – get rid of anything that might distract you from sleep such as noises and bright lights.

10. Have the right sunlight exposure – daylight is key to regulating daily sleep patterns. Try to get outside in natural sunlight for at least 30 minutes each day.

Researchers have found that people who sleep less than seven hours per night are more likely to be overwieght or obese.

With this in mind, Always developed Always Ultra Night for night time use.

The sanitary towel has five signs of protection all in one pad to give the best protection ever.

The pad has a super absorbent core which includes technology that instantly guides the fluid away from the skin, deep into the core of the pad and a cotton-like feel topsheet making it super soft on the skin. It has stay-put double curved wings that keep the pad in place.

Always Ultra Night also has a secure guard protective contour which keep fluids in check and a new instant dry effect, giving the feeling of instant dryness.

It is longer than a normal pad with a greater surface area that is vital for superior protection at night time, when lying down.
