Man, 68, injured in fall

A 68-year-old man from Birkirkara was grievously injured this morning when he fell off a ladder at a house in Rue d’Argens, Gzira, landing in its garden. He is not in a critical condition.

The police said the accident happened at around 11.45 a.m.

The man, who had fallen about three stories, was taken to Mater Dei Hospital by ambulance.
