The Central Bank has reminded the public that Lm10 banknotes of the fourth series cannot be exchanged after September 13.

The banknote, featuring President Agatha Barbara on one side and the Grand Harbour on the other, stopped being legal tender back in 2000.

Any notes remaining in the public’s hands can be exchanged from Monday to Friday between 8 a.m. and 12.30 p.m. at the Central Bank of Malta Annexe, St James’ Counterguard, Valletta. The entrance is from the bus terminus or from Ġirolamo Cassar Avenue.
