A few weeks before Christmas I purchased a small electronic sports device from Tip Top Sports.

About a month ago this device suddenly stopped functioning. I contacted Tip Top Sports immediately to explain and added that although I was certain that the device was still under a one-year guarantee, I had unfortunately mislaid the guarantee document and, as things stood, it was their word against mine. The very helpful employee taking my call invited me to take this item to any of their outlets for them to look into.

I took it to their Naxxar branch on the same day, a Monday, and by the following Friday the device was repaired and ready for collection, free of charge. Needless to say, I was pleasantly surprised and very much impressed with Tip Top Sports’ excellent after-sales service and customer care.
