I feel proud to form part of ZC Excess. I would like to congratulate all the players, our learned coach and club officials. The club’s participation in the UEFA Futsal Cup was the first time that a Maltese club has registered such positive results. It made history. Malta Football Association, please take note.

I would also like to extend my sincere appreciation to all those who supported our team throughout the tournament. I would be doing an injustice if I were not to congratulate my good old friend Mark Borg who was behind the whole organisation for weeks on end. He left no stone unturned so that this event would become the success story it did.

This was also acknowledged by UEFA and officials of the other three clubs that took part in this tournament.

Everyone expressed his entire satisfaction. Mark, you made all Futsal followers and Malta proud.
