Division Two club Żejtun Corinthians are currently in England for a training camp at Championship club Sheffield United.

While in Sheffield, the Żejtun players will have a series of training sessions at the premises of the Sheffield United academy.

The Corinthians will also play against amateur team Hallam FC during their stay in England. This year, Hallam are celebrating the 150th anniversary of their existence. Also Hallam pride themselves that they have the oldest football ground in the world.

Sheffield United are sponsored by the Malta Tourism Authority and it is thanks to this link with Malta that the contact for Żejtun’s training camp was possible.
