Last month Malta hosted two excellent concerts: one at Gir-genti, hosted by the Prime Minister, and the Calleja concert on the Granaries. Both were of extremely high standards musically and organisation-wise and held in exceptional ambiances. However, it is a pity that neither concert featured works by Maltese composers, such as Charles Camilleri.
