Biex qed tiskantaw? Jien naf min ghandu gnien shih fuq il-bejt, bis-sigar anke tal-laring u l-lumi. Min hu investa sew f'saqaf tajjeb u infurzar ghal-ilquh tal-ilma. Anke hafna nies ohra tarahlom pjanti u arbuxelli fuq il-bjut. Xi haga ta' l-ghageb din. X'ghandha x'taqsam il-MEPA f'din il-haga? Qedghin fis-sena 2010 tafux?....

That is why we do not have any pollution in Malta and clean air because MEPA (our big daddy) puts spokes in the wheels on every private environmental project
That is – unless you pay a hefty fee for the permit.

i guess there is no MEPA in NY though!
