The marriage took place on July 2, at the chapel of St Agatha, Rabat, between JEREMY, son of Mrs Margaret de Maria and the late Mr David de Maria of Birkirkara and MICHELLE, daughter of Mr and Mrs Michael Sant of Lija. Nuptial Mass was celebrated by Fr Stefan Attard. The ceremony was witnessed by Prof. Ian Lister and Mrs Marlene Said. Mr Karl Spiteri carried out the duties of best man. Dr Marc Sant, Mr Denis Sant and Mr Robert Jones were ushers. The bride was attended by Mrs Karen Farrugia and Ms Julia de Maria Casabene. Liza Farrugia and Hannah Pace Ross were flower-girls and Luke Pace Ross and Nick Pace Ross were pageboys. A reception was later held at Olive Gardens, l/o Mdina. The couple spent their honeymoon in Scotland. A big thank you to all the family and friends who came from overseas to share this happy occasion.
