Book launch
The Earliest Church Register in Gozo - 1554-1628 by Horatio Vella was recently launched at the Gozo Ministry in Victoria.
Prof. Stanley Fiorini, Mgr Joseph Bezzina and George Vella discussed the book in its various aspects. After the lecture, Prof. Vella signed copies of the book.
The author chose Gozo to launch the book since it is a transcription and a study of the register housed at the Gozo curia.
The book launch was organised by Wirt Għawdex in conjunction with the Gozo Ministry.
