St John Ambulance will be starting several first aid courses this month and delivered in Maltese or English.
A morning course in Maltese will start on August 31. Lectures will be held on Tuesdays and Thursdays between 9.30 and 11.30 a.m.
Afternoon courses in English will start on August 23. Lectures will be held on Mondays and Wednesdays, between 2.30 and 4.30 p.m.
A course in Maltese will start on August 24. Lectures will be held on Tuesdays and Thursdays, from 2.30 to 4.30 p.m.
Evening courses in Maltese will start on August 30. Lectures will be held on Mondays and on Wednes- days, from 6.30 to 8.30 p.m.
A course in English will start on August 31. Lectures will be held on Tuesdays and Thursdays, from 6.30 to 8.30 p.m.
A course consists of nine two-hour lectures. The fee for the course is €35, which includes training material, a certificate and a card.
St John Ambulance first aid courses are recognised locally under the Occupational Health and Safety Legal Regulations and internationally under EU regulations.
