The Vittoriosa Lawn Tennis Club (VLTC) is currently holding its annual Samsung Rennie Tonna team tournament.

The competition attracted the participation of 138 players – 78 men and 60 women. They were grouped in six teams with Christine Scerri, Carmen Difesa, Jacqueline Vanhear, Diane D’Alessandro, Lawrence Alamango and Joe Callus named captains.

The tournament, which runs until October, is played over two rounds on a two-set basis with play taking place on Mondays and Fridays.
