Seminar on managing Legionnaires’ Disease

Chemichal Globe Ltd in collaboration with the Malta Association of Environmental Health Officers is organising a half-day seminar entitled Managing and Controlling HACCP / Legionnaires’ Disease at Le Meridien St Julians Hotel & Spa on July 28.

The seminar draws attention to the guidelines personnel involved in the production, handling and selling of food within the hospitality, health and education sectors need to adopt. EU member states are working towards meeting the increasingly stringent rules covering food hygiene, safety at work as well as the prevention of Legionnaires’ Disease. These laws have either already been enforced, or are about to be implemented throughout the European Union.
