Pendergardens’ Phase One inaugurated

Pendergardens, the St Julian’s development, has reached its first major milestone after Phase One was inaugurated earlier this month.

Block 11 to Block 15 and the piazza are now complete and over 80 per cent of the apartments have been sold. Residents, in fact, have already started to move into their new properties.
