Pendergardens' show apartment

Pendergardens recently launched its latest showflat in Block 15.

R Living, of Mrieħel bypass in Qormi, is the sole furniture supplier, while interior design was in the hands of Greta Apap Bologna, of Greta Design.

Apartment 1521 is a two-bedroom apartment completed to the highest standards and specifications. The apartment offers stylish living and a homely feel.

In line with the latest trends, the furniture selected shows minimal designs together with full high polish in white lacquer and wood finish in grey oak.

The furniture in the living and dining areas is by Brito's (www.aabrito.com) Nagare Collection, while a Linear Matrix kitchen in glossy white was supplied by Meldoy Cucine (www.melodycucnine.com).

The focal point in the living area is the white leather three-seater with a chaislounge model London, by Alpa Salotti of Altamura Italy (alpasalotti.it).

The newly-launched Lavaza bedroom by Welle (welle.com), which was recently on display at the IMM in Cologne, was used for the main bedroom, accompanied by an Iranzo (iranzo.com) spare bedroom.
