Customers who forgot their Melita password can retrieve it online through a simple and secure procedure.
By logging on to my.melita.com and clicking on the 'Forgot password?' link, subscribers will be asked to enter the e-mail address used to register with My Melita and to select the secret question used during registration.
Once the correct answer to the secret question is submitted, a link is sent to the customer's e-mail address, and on clicking this link, the customer is asked to enter a new password.
