Keep your bus ticket

Reading last Thursday's news regarding the unfortunate incident between a bus driver and the Spanish lady, as well as the comments the article generated, I would like to pass on a valuable lesson I learned while in Malta last year.

Always, always keep the bus ticket for at least 24 hours before disposing of it. On it is printed the bus route number, time, day and other valuable information such as the phone numbers to call should you forget something on the bus or have some emergency or complaint.
