With reference to the article entitled Attard Girl In The Running For Britain's Next Top Model (July 7), it is important to note that some information provided by Marisa Grima is misleading to the reader and, thus, needs to be rectified.
The model scouting competition that was mentioned in The Times and quoted by Ms Grima herself was officially titled The Xfm Virtual Model (and not The Virtual Model), which was the brainchild of Xfm 100.2 and a by-product of Xfm's Virtual competitions that also included The Xfm Virtual Rockstar. Ms Grima was an employee of Xfm who formed part of a team that worked on both projects.
While we wish Tiffany Pisani the very best of luck in her endeavours, we at Xfm are extremely proud that she first came to prominence through one of our hugely successful projects.
