Hard Rock Calling

Alexia Vella and Stefan Abela recently represented Malta at Hard Rock Calling in Hyde Park, London, after winning a competition organised by Hard Rock Café Malta. They had access to the VIP area for three days of music.

Among the artists at this year's festival were Pearl Jam, The Hives, Stevie Wonder, Jamiroquai, Melissa Etheridge, Elvis Costello and Sir Paul McCartney.

Hard Rock Calling, now in its fifth year, is one of the UK's biggest outdoor music events. It is produced by Live Nation and presented by Hard Rock International and has helped raise money for Nordoff-Robbins Music Therapy organisation, which helps people with an illness disability through musical therapy.
