The Wistin Camilleri Gozo Centre for Art and Crafts recently organised an end-of-year activity for youngsters who attended various courses at the centre at Ramla l-Ħamra.

The activity included the building of sand castles, a tug-of-war and beach volley.

During the past year, the centre hosted more than 1,000 people whose ages varied from seven to 80.

Courses were also held for people with a disability. People registering for work attended training sessions in metal works.

Another initiative, held in collaboration with the Employment Training Centre, was the organisation of more than 40 sessions for employees who attended courses in time management, customer care, basic and advanced skills in IT, food handling and health and safety.
