Roane baby walkers recalled

Roane baby walkers, made by Alexis, have been recalled by the Malta Standards Authority as they are deemed unsafe.

The walkers were tested and found not to comply with European standards. They were found to breach requirements stipulated in a clause on the prevention of falls down steps, posing a serious risk to infants.

Consumers are being urged to refrain from using the baby walkers and to return them to where they were bought from while shops are required to withdraw them from the market with immediate effect and to return them to their supplier.
