ARMS Ltd, the company which handles the processing of water and electricity bills, is in the process of acquiring the ground floor of Gattard House in Blata l-Bajda, Finance Minister Tonio Fenech said today.

The company has been looking for a central location for its customer care office after it closed its Freedom Square office owing to the City Gate project.

The minister also said in reply to another question in Parliament that the water and electricity supply was cut off to 1,152 addresses in the first six months of this year because bills were not settled. He said 781 of the addresses were homes and 371 were commercial.

Services was restored to 642 addresses after agreement was reached on settlement.
