Because of the parking problem in Valletta, I didn't venture into Valletta with my car, and after going to Evans Building in scorching heat, I called a C T Cab to take me and my son back up to the main area of Valletta (up the road essentially, athough the driver chose to take us all the way round the outskirts). I was charged €4!!!!!!!! (I won't be calling them again anytime soon). Who is controlling the charges being made by these cabs?
