Honesty and efficiency

I would like to say that there are still some honest and efficient people in the world.

Last Wednesday, I travelled back to England on Air Malta flight KM103. As I travelled blissfully on the flight I realised I had forgotten my laptop at airport security. I was obviously distraught and upset as I work at Tottenham Hotspur and the laptop contains some extremely confidential files regarding the upcoming season. I was unsure what to do.

However, I found myself in the fortunate position of having Clare Muscat as a crew member. I told her of my plight. She, along with other crew members, alerted the captain who immediately contacted the powers that be at Malta International Airport. They located my laptop and informed the crew who promptly passed the message on and put my mind at ease.

Ms Muscat went above the call of duty to keep me informed about whom to contact upon my arrival and even sent a message to inform me that my laptop would be on Air Malta flight KM100 the very next morning.

I am glad to say that I am now in possession of my laptop and would like to thank the captain, all the crew members and the security staff at the airport for their help, efficiency and care.
