GlobalCapital organises second recruitment drive

Following the success of the first recruitment drive held earlier this year, GlobalCapital plc recently organised another successful recruitment day at the Corinthia San Gorg, St. Julians.

The event was attended by a large number of potential candidates seeking to join the GlobalCapital sales team.

GlobalCapital director James Blake delivered an introductory talk while sales career training and development manager Mark Pritchard presented the company's induction programme for prospective candidates and underlined the importance it attributes to career progression through staff training and mentoring.

Following the introductory talks, one-to-one interviews were carried out where each candidate had the opportunity to be interviewed by one of GlobalCapital's managers. Candidates were primarily assessed on their communication skills, personality and willingness to embark on a sales career.

The successful candidates from the last recruitment drive are currently undergoing intensive training and preparing to sit for examinations in order to obtain their qualifications.
