A letter supposed to be written by Adolf Hitler to a car dealer in Munich for ordering a Mercedes Benz car will be auctioned either today or tomorrow.
Also to be auctioned is an original book cover of the prison in Landsberg with a registration supposed to be of Adolf Hitler's arrival on April 1, 1924. The letter, which is at the auction house Behringer in Fuerth near Nuremberg, southern Germany, was sent to the car dealer after Hitler's prison time.
The Behringer auction house is selling more than 500 "paper objects" from Hitler's spell in prison.
Items in the lot include a list of visitors Hitler received and the prison records showing his arrival. The minimum bid has been set at €25,000 for the whole lot.
