Voicing Muslim women's concerns

Singaporean Muslim publisher Liana Rosnita (left) preparing Ukranian model Victoria Tsvetkova (right) for Aquila Asia magazine's cover pictorial at their Jakarta office. The new glossy women's bi-monthly magazine aimed at cosmopolitan Muslim women in Southeast Asia seeks to push the limits of coverage and give voice to Muslim women's concerns. Other than fashion, lifestyle and career they tackle touchy topics like virginity and hymen reconstruction. Liana said the magazine's motto is to be "modest and fabulous".
