Readers of OK! magazine will be able to keep track of their favourite celebrities with the help of a new iPhone application launched yesterday.

The location-based service allows users to keep up with the latest hangouts for stars such as restaurants, bars, pubs and clubs as well as providing entertainment listings.

Available from Apple's iPhone App Store, OK! Celebspotter uses content drawn from 20 different providers including the Press Association, Celebrity Bulletin, Itchy City and Squaremeal.co.uk.

The lifestyle app enables users to see which celebrities could be spotted in their area and the hotspots they have visited in the past.

OK! Celebspotter also helps point users in the direction of a late bite, a taxi, supermarket, bus home or even a clean loo.
