Bulky refuse on Sliema main road

Regrettably, while the Sliema local council is "lost" on the "fairy lights" extravaganza, bulky refuse is being allowed to accumulate on one of Sliema's main roads, namely on the steps of an apartment block in Rudolph Street, corner with Manuel Dimech Street, near the Sliema police station. Shame!

In civilised countries the local council actually bothers to organise the building going on in the town including which roads are closed so as not to inconvenience residents. It seems that our council works hard to inconvenience the contractors and not give two winks about residents!!!!!

This week there were 4 roads closed at the same time, including the Qui-Si-Sana waterfront . Traffic stretched all the way to Surfside.
