To celebrate the launch of Gattavecchi wines from Tuscany in Malta, Hilton Malta executive chef Joseph Vella recently prepared a chef's table in the hotel's main kitchen for a group of wine and food experts. The group was led by local representative Casa Vini director Max Castagna (fifth from left) and Gattavecchi president Luca Gattavecchi and commercial director Giacomo Guarnieri.
