Before the price of gas cylinders shot up, in our household one cylinder would last for two-and-a-half months. Nowadays, one cylinder barely lasts one month. So much so that the last cylinder had to be replaced after only three weeks.
By my calculations, at this rate the price is now approximately six times what it used to be a few months ago. Can someone kindly explain this 'phenomenon'?
