Drugs found in Spaniard's boots
A Spaniard was arraigned in court this morning after Customs officers and the police allegedly found drugs hidden inside his boots.
The discovery was made at the airport.
Justo Ernesto Bellver Bayo, 19 was charged with attempting to import a kilo of heroin and conspiring to deal in the drug. He was remanded in custody.
