DIMECH. On June 16, three days past his 79th birthday, JOSEPH of Floriana, residing at Birkirkara, passed away peacefully, comforted by the rites of Holy Church. He leaves to mourn his loss his wife Mary, née Debattista, his children Robert and his wife Monica, Edith and her husband Christopher Gera, Arthur and his wife Doreen, grandchildren Petra, Martha, Marc, TrudyAnn, Ingrid, Desiree', JeanCarl and Joelle, his brothers and sisters, in-laws, other relatives and friends. Mass praesente cadavere will be said today at 2.30 p.m. at St Publius parish church, Floriana, followed by interment at Santa Maria Addolorata Cemetery. No flowers by request but donations to Dar tal-Providenza, Siġġiewi, will be greatly appreciated. The family regret they are unable to receive visitors. Lord, grant him eternal rest.

GALEA. On June 16, at St Vincent De Paul Residence, ĊETTINA, of Mosta, aged 82, widow of Francis Xavier, passed away peacefully, comforted by the rites of Holy Church. She leaves to mourn her loss, her children, Angela wife of Nicholas, Frans husband of Josephine, Josephine wife of Charles and Raymond husband of Miriam, her grandchildren and great-grandchildren, brother and sisters, her husband's family in Malta, Gozo and Australia, nephews, nieces, other relatives and friends. The funeral will take place tomorrow when Mass praesente cadavere will be said at 8.30 a.m. at the Mosta parish church. Lord, grant her eternal rest.

STILON. On June 14, at Mater Dei Hospital, LORNA, née Pidgeon, aged 74, passed away peacefully, surrounded by her family, comforted by the rites of Holy Church. She leaves to mourn her loss her husband Franco, her children Sarah and her husband Robert Sammut, Simon and his wife Nicole and Sophie and her husband Matthew Quinlan, her adorable grandchildren, George, Helen, Jonathan, Andrew, Alexander, Harry and Sienna, her in-laws Maureen, Marion, Rudolph and Joan, Mila and Antonio, nephews, nieces, other relatives and friends. Mass praesente cadavere will be said today at 2 p.m. at the Carmelite parish church, St Julians, followed by interment at Santa Maria Addolorata Cemetery. No flowers by request but donations to the Malta Hospice Movement, Balzan, will be greatly appreciated. The family wishes to thank the dedicated staff at Medical Ward 6, Mater Dei Hospital.

Requiem Mass

Tomorrow being the first month from the death of ANTOINETTE PACE, née Tabone Ferro, a Mass for the repose of her soul will be celebrated at 6.30 p.m. at the Immaculate Conception parish church, Tal-Ibraġ. Relatives and friends are invited to attend.
