The police have been instructed to pull aside and even prosecute people hooting and causing mayhem in football carcades, particularly after 11 p.m.

Who has given the police such instructions? They should have been in Tarxien two Saturdays ago after 11 p.m. I think half of Malta was disturbed that night.

Can anyone inform us who was prosecuted for the numerous illegal petards let off that night?
