The Department of Translation and Interpreting Studies of the Faculty of Arts is organising a careers day at the M.A. Conference Centre (Gateway Building) Room 104 on June 24 at 10 a.m.

Lecturers from the department and professional interpreters will address students to raise awareness among final year graduates about new opportunities of employment in these sectors.

In October the department will be offering a one-year taught postgraduate diploma and Master's courses in translation or conference interpreting.

Applicants must already have a university degree and excellent command of Maltese and English and/or perfect understanding of one of the following EU languages: French, German, Italian or Spanish.
