Vehicles without VRT tests
After an investigation by a private firm, doubts arose about the possibility that some VRT stations were not conducting tests properly.
I doubt if they are conducting any tests at all. Just look around and observe the number of vehicles emitting clouds of black smoke - cars and especially motorcycles without silencers, missing lights on all kinds of transport and rusty cars which seem to be holding together with a string.
Do we need an investigation to realise that these vehicles have never undergone a proper VRT test and are we going to tolerate this situation forever?

Not like me man!!!! I went through a thorough "Service" before the car VRT was due and it cost me a hundred Euro, and when I went in for VRT I was told that the suspension (back side only) was not up to standard and it cost me another hundred and fifty Euro to do both the suspensions at the back of my car. This was only done so that as soon as I went on the road I accidentally entered a CRATER!!!! What a joke? Why do we undergo VRT anyway? I am in favour of VRT, and conscientiously feel that this is the way things should be done! But for pete's sake, when can we expect to have good roads worthy of VRTeeing our cars to steer on them? This is the joke and not the VRT!!!! Keep up the good work VRT guys and keep at it, but Mr. Government, please do your bit!!!!!
