The migrant from Ivory Coast who was found partially buried in a field in Hal Far last Sunday died from skull fractures and cerebral laceration, an autopsy has found.

The police said on Sunday they launched a murder investigation into the case. The 30-year-old victim, who was resident at the open centre, man was found opposite a hangar which is used as an open centre for migrants. Blood marks that were fresh were found near by.
