I refer to the complaint lodged by Joe Doublet in his letter Please Leave A Message (May 17).

Go informs readers that the problem was due to a slight technical hitch that developed in the course of the system deployment of voice mail to a new platform. This did not affect the voice mail service but rather the SMS notification aspect of the service. The process involving the upgrade of Go's voice mail service will result in an enhanced and more efficient voice mail service. We take the opportunity to apologise for any inconvenience caused. As always, Go takes note of the suggestions made by the customer and will consider them so as to continuously improve its level of service.
