In line with their expansion policy, Division Three club Mdina Knights FC are setting up a Soccer School.
"This new venture will be founded on three pillars: education, social responsibility and sports," Mdina Knights said in a statement.
"Students of the school will, in addition to coaching, receive mentoring on a number of character building disciplines such as behaviour, on and off the pitch, health and nutritional values and interpersonal skills - the important facets that distinguish the complete player."
The school is aimed at youths aged 15 to 18 who are not registered with any club and love the game of football.
The technical side will be handled by well-known coach Eric Schembri whose experience and dedication will be offered to those young players who have found themselves frozen out at their nurseries but feel that they can improve their skills.
The Mdina Knights Soccer School is supported by Puma, one of the leading sportswear manufacturers who are represented locally by Tuttosport.
