• The Richmond Foundation is holding its next self-help group meetings for those experiencing mental health difficulties on Wednesday and June 17, from 5.30 to 7 p.m. at No. 16 Antonio Agius Street, Floriana. The Never Mind Leisure Centre at St Augustine's parish hall, Valletta is also open every Monday from 5.30 to 7 p.m. The centre, managed by the foundation, welcomes all those who would like to make friends in a safe, fun and creative environment. • To mark the end of the Year of Priests, a diocesan celebration will be held at the Mdina Cathedral on Wednesday at 7 p.m., comprising a Mass concelebrated by a number of priests, followed by a Eucharistic procession in the streets of Mdina. Archbishop Paul Cremona will give a Eucharistic blessing from the bastions. The faithful are invited to attend this event to give thanks to God for the work of priests and to ask him to provide the Church many saintly priests to serve the Christian community.

• An adoration will be held at the Seminary, Tal-Virtù, Rabat, on Thursday to pray for vocations to the priesthood and religious life. It begins at 9.30 a.m. with Mass, followed by adoration for the rest of the day. Seminarians will join at 6.30 p.m. and the day concludes with another Mass at 7.15 p.m. All are welcome to attend.

• The St Helen parish centre, Birkirkara, fundraising committee will be organising an antique and old furniture sale in aid of the centre on Thursday and Friday from 5 to 8 p.m., on Saturday from 9 a.m. till noon and 4.30 to 8 p.m., and on Sunday from 9 a.m. till noon.

• A sensitivity training session for people aged 25 to 35 will be held from Friday at 4.30 p.m. to June 7 at 5 p.m. at Mount St Joseph Retreat House, Tarġa Gap, Mosta, organised by the Centre of Ignatian Spirituality. It will be facilitated in Maltese by Gina De Battista. The training will enable participants to develop more self-understanding and more trust in their abilities, emotions and beliefs, strengthen their attitude of openness and sensitivity towards others, and live their relationships in an authentic way. Participation is restricted to not more than nine people. The closing date for applications is tomorrow. • A bazaar in aid of the Little Sisters of the Poor is being held at their premises on St Joseph High Street, Hamrun on Saturday, Sunday and June 7 from 9 a.m. till 5 p.m. There will be Mass in the chapel at 5 p.m.

• Caritas Co-operators are organising a day out on June 9 at Villa Arrigo, San Pawl tat-Tarġa, starting with coffee, tea and biscuits at 10.30 a.m., followed by a talk by Odette Vella on Consumer Affairs, Mass at noon and lunch at 1 p.m. Cards or any other game may be played. • A buffet lunch is being organised in aid of the Pontifical Missions Office of 7, Merchant Street, Valletta, at the Topaz Hotel, Buġibba, on June 20 at 12.30 p.m. Tickets cost €16 for adults and €8 for children under 10. After lunch, a raffle with anumber of prizes will be organised in aid of the missions.
