Re/Max launches recruitment website

Re/Max Malta recently launched a recruitment website - www.join-remax-malta.com - as part of its ongoing commitment to recruit, educate and build real estate careers for individuals and real estate agents looking for a change in career.

The website, a first of its kind in the real estate industry, provides a detailed perspective of the benefits and competitive advantage Re/Max has to offer to its human resources.

The company plans to open eight new offices over the next three years and the website and other recruitment tools, such as the '60 minutes with Re/Max', will help support the company's growth strategy and recruitment drive.

Co-founder and managing director Kevin Buttigieg said Re/Max Malta had a business model that empowered associates to build a career through learning and implementing up-to-date real estate specific techniques.

"Once someone joins Re/Max, we empower them to build their own careers. We provide the education, marketing tools, a better commission rate... and then it is up to them to use them efficiently," Mr Buttigieg said.

The website is split into four sections. One provides an insight into the training available; another explains why Re/Max associates are bound to receive more leads with Re/Max; the third section goes into more detail as to why the company attracts business; and the fourth section guides viewers to contacting the company.

Agents are able to choose a particular office and area where they would prefer to work. One may also apply to purchase a franchise and set up a real estate company using the Re/MabBrand.
