Travel website choosemalta.com has just launched a listings facility which allows tourism-related attractions and other local services to list for free.

Launched in 2004, choose malta.com averages over 1.2 million visits and over 30 million page views per year. The company also owns and manages over 60 other destinations and websites, such as chooseitaly. com and choosedubai.com.

"Our online users are mostly foreigners wanting to book a hotel online and looking for activities," said co-founder Jonathan Shaw.

While listings are available for free, choosemalta.com is also offering the possibility for users to upgrade their listings to silver or gold, thus maximising online exposure with a negligible added cost, starting from over €5 per month.
