Panta Computer joins forces with ICT Solutions

Panta Computer Co. Ltd, one of Malta's longest established IT companies, has joined forces with local systems integrator ICT Solutions, to bring to the market a stronger offering of solutions aimed at tackling corporate business requirements. The announcement follows the acquisition by ICT Solutions of 100 per cent of the shareholding in Panta Computer Co. Ltd.

Panta Computing managing director Lino Callus said: "This is another important milestone in the history of Panta Computer. We are certain that this move will bring growth to the business."

Commenting about the announcement, Keith Fearne, managing director of ICT Solutions said: "Panta is a reputable firm with a large base of important and loyal clients in the systems and platforms area of business. ICT Solutions is a young company which adds to this a strong network and communications expertise and a solutions driven approach to the market."

The combined team will be servicing a customer base of close to 100 corporate customers. The team will be operating from the new ICT Solutions offices in Mrieħel, with the move of all personnel expected to be completed in the next two weeks.
