We do not need names. Leave names to gossipers. All that we need to know is that it is illegal to for example take off one's clothes in public because the 'public's morality' is offended. I sincerely wish though that the laws were the same for everyone. Whether one agrees with it or not it is illegal for women to sunbathe topless though the practice is rampant and nobody is ever arraigned. I am not saying that they should be arraigned but if there are laws that make no sense they should be amended.

On what criteria does the court decide on who should be named and who should not? Are we mere mortals entitled to an explanation? Some weeks ago a similar incident took place and the accused was named.

Why cannot, the man BE NAMED ?. He is above the age of consent, also relapsing, is he in custody ??.
