Bus shelter costs

The preparation costs for the installation of each bus shelter costs Transport Malta between €2,000 and €3,500, Transport Minister Austin Gatt has told Parliament in reply to a question by Labour MP Stefan Buontempo. He added that the bus shelters themselves cost the authority nothing because the private contractor installing them was paid through advertising revenue.
