I am writing after my dreadful experience of Go personnel and customer care. I applied for the so-called Home Pack on March 23. The person that took my application told me that in a few days' time all services would be installed and active. An appointment was made and when the technician came he installed the television service but not the telephone and internet.

After various attempts to settle this problem by reporting it to customer care, to their engineers and even going along in person to their outlets, they managed to install the telephone line on May 15, but the service was still inactive. The internet service was active the following Monday but the telephone was still not working!

That is the case until the time of writing on May 19. I have reported this fault again and again but still the telephone service is inactive and I was given no answer as to what the problem might be. Shame on Go and its personnel.
