Just a quick thought. Now that fishing for and exportation of fresh tuna fish is regulated, does that mean that the Maltese housewife will find more or less fish to buy at an affordable price? Or will the demand for the controlled supply make it a scarce and expensive commodity? I remember only a few years ago, before the wide-scale sushi suppliers discovered Maltese tuna, we could buy the fish for something like €6 per kilo.
