Satariano Ltd has completed its work contract at Tas-Sellum Residences in Mellieħa, a project by Tumas Group.

The Satariano Projects Division was awarded the contract in 2008. All apartments have been fitted with Ideal Standard suites. Travertine tiles used throughout the project were also supplied and installed by Satariano.

Tas-Sellum project consists of 170 apartments. The development features low-building density, a car-free zone, underlying garages and three swimming pools. Most of the apartments enjoy sea and country views.
